Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What can I expect at my 1st treatment?

At the first appointment, detailed findings will be recorded (what problems, since when, how developed, etc.). Then a diagnosis is made using muscle function tests (Applied Kinesiology), various movement and joint tests and the medical findings. A treatment plan is then drawn up together to achieve your defined goals in the best possible way and the subsequent treatment takes place.

I have acute pain and need a spontaneous appointment!

From my own experience and of course as a therapist, I know that quick help is needed from time to time. Especially when you are in acute pain and can hardly move. My diary is tightly scheduled, so it's not easy to squeeze things in.

Try contacting me - via WhatsApp - and with a bit of luck I can treat you promptly, or at least recommend another therapist.

How can I book, postpone or cancel an appointment?

The preferred way to make, change or cancel an appointment is via the booking app on the website; in emergencies also via WhatsApp or email.

How long do I have to wait for an appointment for the 1st treatment?

The lead time for the first appointment is usually 1 to 2 weeks.

However, the waiting time can sometimes be a little longer due to training or holidays.

Do I have to make an appointment in advance?

We are an appointment practice, i.e. my patients come on a certain day at an agreed time. As I don't have a receptionist or assistant to receive you, I would have to interrupt the treatment, which I am very reluctant to do.

As much as I appreciate personal contact, I would like to ask you to book an appointment instead of simply coming by without an appointment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via WhatsApp or email or book an appointment directly.

Until when can I cancel an appointment?

As my patients receive fixed treatment appointments, waiting times are kept to a minimum. I ask you to cancel only in urgent cases, only if really necessary, but no later than 24 hours before your treatment appointment via WhatsApp or booking tool.

How long does a treatment take?

The first treatment always lasts 60 minutes.

The following treatments (depending on the diagnosis) 60 minutes or 30 minutes.

How many treatments are necessary?

The number of treatments can only be predicted under certain circumstances and depends on a variety of factors, e.g:

Age of the patient?

How long has the problem existed?

Has it possibly already been operated on?

The number of treatments and the intervals between them are then customised depending on your symptoms, your personal goals and the necessary therapy.

Which insurances are accepted?

No insurances/mutuas are accepted.

The remuneration for mutuas is between €6 and €10 per patient/treatment.

This is not enough to offer a reasonable individual and cause-related therapy. Depending on the contract conditions of your mutua, however, there is the possibility of reimbursement, please ask your insurance company beforehand.

You can then submit the invoice to your insurance company.

How can I pay?

Payment is possible via cash, Bizum, Revolut, bank transfer, PayPal and card.

Will I receive an invoice?

Of course, in consultation with the patient after each treatment or collectively at the end of the therapy.

Are there also home visits?

Only under special circumstances and by prior arrangement.

If necessary, a recommendation for another therapist will be made.
