Appointment cancellation and modification policy
This policy will take effect on Monday, 1 April 2020, and applies to all users of our services.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment without giving at least 12 hours' notice, you will prevent us from providing service to other patients who are waiting to receive our treatment. For these reasons, when you book an appointment with us, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below:

Appointment booking and confirmation: for each appointment you book with us, our system will automatically send you an email/WhatsApp message confirming the booking.

Appointment reminder: 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive another message to remind you of the agreed appointment. This message will be sent to your email address, if you provided it when making the booking.

No show: an appointment booked at our centre that is confirmed as soon as it is registered in our system. Given that the services are reserved for you personally, if you do not show up for your appointment on the day and at the time indicated in the booking, this will be considered a violation of our booking policy, which could result in a penalty of the total amount of the service booked.

Denial of service: we reserve the right to deny service to customers who reach a maximum of 2 no-shows.

Late arrivals: our time is valuable, and so is yours. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not be able to receive all the services requested in the booking, or you may NOT receive any services on that day, due to the demand on our schedule. Therefore, please plan your departure time carefully and if you are unable to arrive on time, please send us a message via WhatsApp +34 644 236 956 indicating a new date and time when you think you could receive the service, and we will then confirm according to the availability of the new date and time requested.

Cancellation: the customer may cancel within 12 hours prior to the appointment at no additional charge WhatsApp + 34 644 236 956.

However, it is your responsibility to remember the dates and times of your appointment to avoid being late, missed appointments and the cancellation fee for no-shows.
