Appointment cancellation and modification policy

This policy will be effective as of Monday, April 1, 2020 and involves all users of our services.If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment, you MUST NOTIFY US at least 24 HOURS BEFOREHAND, as otherwise you cause us not be able  to provide our service to other patients who are waiting to receive treatment. For these reasons, by booking an appointment with us you are accepting the terms and conditions displayed below:

1.      Booking and confirmation of appointments: for each appointment you book with us, our system will automatically send you an email/Whatsapp confirming the reservation.

2.      Appointment reminder: 24 hours prior to the appointment you will receive another message to remind you of the agreed appointment, this message will be sent to your email, if you provided it in the reservation.

3.      No show: the reservation of an appointment in our center is confirmed instantly upon registering with our system. Since the services are reserved for you personally, it is determined that in cases where you don’t show up for the appointment on the day and time of the reservation, the violation of our reservation policy would be incurred, which could result in the payment of the total amount of the reserved service.

4.      Denial of service: We reserve the right to deny service to clients who fail to show up on more than one occasion. .

5.      Late arrivals: our time is valuable, and so is yours! If you are late for your appointment, you could risk not receiving all the services requested in the reservation, or you may NOT receive any services that same day, due to the demand of our agenda. For this reason, plan your departure time well and if you cannot arrive on time, please let us know by sendinga  WhatsApp message to + 34 644 236 956 indicating a new date and time when you think you could receive the service.We will accordingly confirm  the availability of the new requested date and time.

6.      Cancellation: the client can cancel up to  24 hours prior to the appointment with no additional charge via Whatsapp + 34 644 236 956.

7.      However, it is your responsibility to remember the dates and times of your appointment to avoid being late, missing appointments and incurring the cancellation fee for not showing up.
